Yes, we have our delivery service available in 24 cities. Check the list of cities on drop down menu while choosing your location in the process of buying and placing your order.

Adezon promises to provide you with the best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. To enhance your Adezon delivery experience, we have reviewed our shipping fees as low as possible.
To determine the applicable shipping fees for the items in your Cart:

  • Select Proceed to checkout
  • add your Delivery address.
  • Select your Shipping Zone, shipping cost will be displayed

Shipping fees will vary depending on: Location, Size of the item and your Shipping preference.

If you want to change the shipping address to a different region or city, you will have to cancel and replace the original order.

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page.

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 working days from the date of order placement
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-5 working days from the date of order placement

Yes, you can pick it up from logistic partner offices. Please contact our customer service team on 9818443052 prior to pickup to arrange order items.

You should refuse to accept an open package. If you do accept such a package by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with us immediately.

We’ll attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 6 days after which the items will be cancelled.

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items.

No need to worry. We will help you replace your order at no extra cost.

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by logging into your adezon account. Visit your Order history and click View option.
