Soon after picking delicate green tea leaves, they are withered, rolled and semi-fermented through a very sophisticated process. This oolong tea has chestnut brown to light green liquor.

How to Brew?
Temperature: 75-85 degree C
1st Steep Time: 3-4 Minutes
2nd Steep Time 2-3 Minutes
Boil 1 cup (150-200ml) of water and cool it for 2 minutes.
Add 1-2 teaspoon (3-6g) of oolong tea leaves directly into tea pot.
Fill the pot with hot water and steep it for 3-4 minutes.
Oolong tea is meant to be enjoyed in its original, unadulterated state.
For your preference, you can add rock sugar, unrefined sugar or honey as healthier options.
Enjoy your perfect cup of tea with or without straining.
Depending upon the liquid color, you can steep the same leaves for 2-3 more cup of teas.
Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight to avoid evaporation of aroma. Keep away from the damp place. To avoid cross flavoring, it is recommended to consider keeping a separate teapot for your oolong tea.
