  • NAME OF THE PRODUCT – 6˚ Wine Vinegar.
  • DESCRIPTION: Product obtained by acetic fermentation of wine.
  • LIST OF INGREDIENTS: 100% Wine Vinegar, Coloring (E-150d) and Preservative (E-220).
  • SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PHYSICO-CHEMICAL VARIABLES:
    • C14 corresponding to biological origin
    • Total acidity: minimum 6% ± 0.2
    • Dry extract: minimum 1.2 g / l / º.
    • Maximum residual alcohol 1.5% per 100 V / V
    • Acetoin: minimum 30mg / l.
    • Maximum methanol 0.5 g / l
    • Sulphurous anhydride: maximum 170 mg / l
    • pH ≥ 2.3
  • ORGANOLEPTIC SPECIFICATIONS:
    • Appearance: Clean and shiny
    • Golden Colour
    • Flavor: Typical without flavors or strange odors
    • Odor: Proper of acetic fermentation
    • Texture: Liquid medium density
  • STORAGE/ MODE OF USE:
    Keep the place cold and dry.
    This product is intended for the general population, EXCEPT FOR ALLERGIC SULPHITES IN THOSE PRODUCTS WITH A MINIMUM CONTENT OF 10 mg / l. OF SULPHITES.
  • EXPIRY PERIOD:
    • Vinegar, due to its long-term stability, does not need an expiration date. No date of minimum vinegar durability is set out in Annex X to Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers.
    • Once the package is opened, for a better maintenance of its organoleptic conditions, its consumption is recommended in no more than 5 years from its date of packaging.

    • Vinegar should preferably be kept in the absence of direct UV light.
    • The vinegar container should be kept as airtight as possible, to avoid excessive oxygenation of the product.
    • The ideal temperature conditions range from 8 ° C to 20 ° C.The vinegars have no shelf life and not even a preferential consumption date.
  • ALLERGEN INFORMATION:
    This product contains SULPHITES, in accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EC) No 1333/2008 on food additives. Consumer information on allergen content is provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 on food information provided to the consumer, in particular in accordance with Annex II.
