Paicho has processed maize, millet and buckwheat and produced Corn Grits, millet flour and buckwheat flour. These all three products are grown in hilly areas. Paicho doesn’t use any of the raw materials produced in Terai. Paicho prioritizes products grown in hilly areas for its good taste and quality.
