Social Media Content Creator

• Uses and creates post on social media daily

• Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has skills in at least one if not all of these: design, video editing, social media copywriting

• Videography or design education OR equivalent relevant experience, all applicants will be asked to provide recent content examples from social media accounts

• Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity and experience in making creative content on social media platforms – TikTok videos, Instagram visuals, Youtube edits

• Proficient in one or many of the Adobe Creative Suite programs and eager to continue to learn and evolve in other efficient and effective ways to make social first content: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, mobile creator apps and in app editing (Instagram story creation, TikTok editing etc.)

• Continuous active listening by responding to comments, responses, DM’s, etc. in a meaningful way, focused on a positive social experience

• Seek opportunities to insert the brand in social conversation, whether around relevant trending topics/news or engaging with social influencers/celebrities/other brands

• Responsible, accountable, deeply passionate about their own personal interests and hobbies, and of course kind, compassionate and empathetic because you love the magic of collaboration

Associate, Social Media Marketing

Looking for a social media superstar to be responsible in creating and maintaining Adezon’s Social Media accounts. You would be working with different teams from different departments and with external agencies to drive long term strategies, planned campaigns and day to day social content. You will also need to be a story teller, a creative visionary, passionate and naturally curious about social and have then understanding the in-and-out of how they work.

You would also need to be a creative thinker and have the fundamental of analyzing the results which is derived from everything that is done on social media. Be able to identify trends and proactively jump on them before they sizzle out. Understand social media and is able to make sound decisions and actions when needed. A team player and not worried in getting your hands dirty

Job Description:

  • Developing content strategies on a daily basis to reach and engage our target audiences across different social channels and managing day to day activities.
  • Monitoring different social channels to be able to identify opportunities that can create buzz. Ensuring key metrics are met (engagements, Share of Voice, Top of Mind Awareness)
  • Monitor and analyse social media engagements and growth of the social accounts. Analyze the performance of engagement and growth constantly to keep the social platforms healthy.
  • Collaborate and maintain a working relationship with different cross functional teams to be able to maximise the impact of social and build an alignment in communications across channels.
  • Always up to date on new trends and new ways to engage to be able to build quality content that would resonate across the market.
  • Ensure constant growth on all social channels.



  • Hands on experience with content creation, advertising  and brand strategy.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, English or allied fields.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Should be able to manage multiple brands across various verticals simultaneously.
  • Adaptability, flexibility and thinking on the feet when managing Social.
  • Self-driven, creative, passionate, a team player and result orientated.
  • 2 years’ experience in the social media field.
  • Experience handling Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Analytics, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing and any other social platform.
