As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a capacity for visual design and utility.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scale, configure and customize our existing ecommerce application to meet business requirements

Basic Qualification

Job Description

Adezon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Marketing Associate. This individual will be responsible for developing new social media channels to drive customer awareness and engagement. The ideal candidates will be an innovator, communicator and problem solver.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing content for social media channels i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Work with teams to identify new online and offline activities to build awareness.
  • Oversee pre-event consultation and planning, event logistics, third-party engagements, staffing and support required for events
  • Keep track of updated content creation guidelines and resources, develop communication materials for events, review and seek approval ahead of deadlines

Required Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor Degree running

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Some relevant work experience in marketing, marketing communications, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries

This vital position requires an independent team player, action-oriented, flexible and problem-solver individual. CSA is a highly customer focused role where the ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs is crucial. And it also demands having strong interpersonal skills able to deal with diverse customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Communicate with customers primarily through e-mail, chat and phone
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review user policies
  • Communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Participate and focus actively on Inbound sales and Outbound sales
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned

Ecommerce Associate

Job Description

We’re looking for a Ecommerce Associate. In this role, You’ll be the in-house associate and repository of knowledge of all Adezon platform and it’s best practices.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage listings on Adezon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts daily, including setting up new listings, modifying listings and optimizing listings according to company’s marketing strategies.
  • Maintain product data and brand integrity throughout entire Adezon catalog.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, rankings, ratings and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic while maintaining a strong ROI.
  • Analyze, execute, and optimize a keyword research strategy which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic.
  • Periodically reassess these key phrases in order to ensure that they continue to stay relevant.
  • Perform detailed competitive analysis (SEO) with intent to provide insights on potential new sources of traffic, closing any keyword gaps.
  • Understand and implement SEO best practices.
  • Be the in-house associate and repository of knowledge of all Adezon platform changes and best practices.
  • Use appropriate Adezon follow-up tools to drive reviews and customer engagement.
  • Work with Marketing teams to develop winning messaging tactics based on test and learn experimentation.
  • Partner with marketing team to enhance product titles, descriptions, categorization, images, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of Adezon selling policies and code of conduct and ensure all accounts remain in compliance.

 

Required Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Ecommerce
